Terms of Service

Please read these Terms carefully before using QwikBaba. They govern your access to and use of our Platform and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QwikBaba's website, mobile application, or any associated services (collectively, the 'Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms').
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders on the Platform.
By using the Platform, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.
Accounts created on behalf of businesses must be authorised by an appropriate representative of that business.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@qwikbaba.com of any unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Orders placed through the Platform constitute an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
Our 10-minute delivery promise is a target, not a guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control including traffic, weather, and inventory availability.
Delivery is available only in serviceable areas. We will notify you if your address falls outside our current delivery zone.
Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery to your specified address.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order confirmation is final.
Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and conditions.
In case of a failed payment, the order will be automatically cancelled. Refunds for successful payments that cannot be fulfilled will be processed within 5-7 business days.

You may return eligible products within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Certain categories (undergarments, perishables, digital products) may not be eligible for return.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Merchants on the Platform are independent third parties. QwikBaba facilitates the transaction but is not responsible for the quality of third-party products.
Sellers must ensure all product listings are accurate, not misleading, and comply with applicable Indian laws.
QwikBaba reserves the right to remove listings and suspend merchant accounts that violate our Merchant Policy.

Using the Platform to purchase or sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods.
Attempting to manipulate pricing, reviews, or ranking algorithms.
Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers.
Engaging in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform.
Reverse engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the Platform without written permission.

All content on the Platform including logos, text, images, and software is the exclusive property of QwikBaba Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, QwikBaba shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant transaction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
